The HR Induction Course is a structured onboarding program designed to familiarize new employees with the organization’s culture, values, policies, and people practices. The course provides a comprehensive overview of HR frameworks, employee expectations, workplace conduct, and internal processes to ensure a smooth and confident transition into the organization.
Participants are introduced to key HR policies such as code of conduct, leave and attendance, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee engagement practices.
